It’s not a coordinated conspiracy. It’s the hundreds of thousands (millions?) of like minded “civil servants” who act against the people on their own.
I work with civil servants almost daily. Many are part of “the resistance”. There’s no orders given from some kind of leadership. There is a shared political agenda and they act as they see fit to further it.
Imagine a guy like Fecal Face as a building inspector and he sees the owner of the construction company working on the project pull up with a Trump sticker on his truck....

This also ensures that both people on mobile devices and computers can see it.
If you follow R32's tutorial, users on phones or tablets can't see it, though now, it doesn't work at all.
