In an attempt to garner similar attention, Grampa McCane has announced that he will visit Czechoslovakia, Rhodesia, Ceylon, Siam and Burma

"“I was concerned about a couple of steps that the Russian government took in the last several days. One was reducing the energy supplies to Czechoslovakia." - John McCain, July 14th 2008.

Fifteen years after Czechoslovakia ceased to exist. Yeah, he's real experienced in foreign policy

I think it's mighty refreshing when our allies are waving American flags and cheering for one of our leaders.
Funny how the neo-cons are so resentful. Kinda makes you wonder.

they wave the flags because they see America cracking and turning into euros, as they waive the flag they laugh and point fingers and look at each other and say "can you beleive its actually happening, we've done it, we've turned them into us, a bunch of crying whimpering defenseless soft politically correct to obscenity socialist liberal tax choked equality... change is coming

Spiritual teachings instruct us that to give it to receive. Utilizing this law, when we gave away our love to czech girls we would gain love in return. However, the law of Man states that what we give away we lose, in other words, we do not have it anymore and we have thus suffered a terrible loss. Therefore, we want to hang onto our slovakia brides, not give it away unless it is bargained for and traded. We look for an even exchange complete with assurances, promises, conditions and terms of performance. Judging single czech women from a fear based thought process means that you do not see the whole slovakia girls. Usually we focus on just a fragment of the individual being and, pulling out our old baggage magnifying glass from the suitcases, enter what we see as a fault. Warning bells go off, the defensive walls go up, and once again we shut slovak girls out of our lives because of a perceived threat to our security. Acceptance of choices and mistakes is key. We must accept that no one is perfect, not even czech mail order brides, and forgive accordingly. We must accept that the trials and tribulations we go through are stepping stones across the river of life, and that occasionally we will get our feet wet in the water. We must let go and stop hanging onto a past relationship, fearing that we will never love again or that no one will love us like a czech bride did. We must accept that there is no growth without challenge, no lessons learned without struggle, no gains in strength without pain. It will take great effort, but each of us needs to put down our trunks and allow ourselves to see each single slovak women that comes into our world with fresh new eyes, untainted from the behaviors of those in our past. We can learn to love again if we can dig down and find within ourselves the courage to leave our czech republic girls and take a chance.

May I ask what it is specifically that Obama is going to change? Im hearing this "change" thing more oftenly that POWNEDoldguy´s "team moron" (Like that is actually possible).

What is this guy´s game plan, does he have any besides sweet talking the whole world?

Ummmmm. That's the whole point.

If you can sweet talk the whole world, you can get anything done.

Last time I checked, he wasn't a blood thirsty oil thirsty smirking goon that THE REST OF THE WORLD HATES.

What is our current state?

Answer: we can't get sh!t done, thanks to the simple stupid damaged bottom rung personality and swagger of our current commander-in-chief.

The world is a world economy. Wake up. We need someone who brings hope and inspiration. The leader does not have to be a complicated man, a plotting man. All the leader must do, is serve and direct, direct and serve. Obama can do this. Our current leader cannot. It is not rocket science.

Right, so he basically has no plan besides being elected and we´ll have to take it from there?

Please note that the world (Except us, we love you guys) already hated the US before Bush. I guess some of you want Bush out so bad you dont really care whos next, you aint voting for Obama, you´re voting against Bush and he aint even running.

Seems to me Obama is got nothing on the ball (No, not that ball, is baseball slang for when a pitcher is weak).

Do you really think a smile alone can get things done? Mr. Ahmadinejad is got an even bigger smile and it aint working for him.

C’mon, seriously. Haven’t you people figured it out yet? American presidential candidates spout change like they are the second coming of Christ. However, once they get into office, they become the puppet to Congress and the corporate shills and all that talk of change disappears into the status quo. Maybe that’s what made Bush so different, because he bucked the norm and he and his cronies did exactly what they wanted… of course all at the expense of the American people.

Let's assume that is 100% correct. Obama will be the puppet of what? A Democratic-led Congress. Dems want a health care plan that helps everyone, they want to divest our $ away from the cabal of slimy GOP oil men and towards wind and solar energy, and they want to work with Iraqi leaders to give them back their country. Doesn't sound like same old, same old to me.

A better health care system has been a campaign promise for as long as I can remember. Yes, it’s always slightly better under a democratic leadership, but it’s still nowhere near what we’re promised during the campaign season. As far as Iraq and the return of its sovereignty, seems the Iraqi government is now pushing for this to become a reality. No matter, we’ll still be there until at least 2010, even Obama has said that. I’d really like to believe the democrats would heavily invest in research into alternative, more eco-friendly fuels. However, I also feel that it’s like health care, a good thing to hype and promise, but something that will be placed on the back-burner until bigger issues are solved.

I am a registered democrat. I also believed, for the most part, that Bill Clinton was a good president. I prospered under his administration. Yes, I will vote for Obama because I’m tired of the republicans shooting us in the foot at every turn.

But I’m also a realist. As long we are engaged in this so-called “war on terror,” that’s going to be the major focus for a democratic administration… you know, clean up?

Wheres National Security when you need it?
The bill requires chemical facilities to enhance security, including improving barriers, containment, mitigation, and safety training, and, where possible, using safer technology, such as less toxic chemicals.
I'm LMAO @ making chemical plants use less toxic chemicals. Good luck with that.

All chemicals should be synthesized from pixie dust and angel kisses from here on out.

The silliness of the statement is the kindergarten level ironical ( ) nature of using less toxic chemicals to make ... uh ... chemicals.

Sounds good to me actually now that I think of it.

Let's eliminate the use of Hydrochloric acid and Sodium Hydroxide to adjust pH. Both are toxic. Ergo we can't use them.

What if the chemical plant is, Allah forbid, synthesizing ester polymers to make the resin we know and love in our surfboards? Well ... damn. Those chemicals are toxic too. Stop using them.

All chemicals should be made from water and sunlight with the only byproduct being water and heat. That would be neato.

Too much CO2 can be fatal if it displaces enough O2. Should we kill all the trees since their respiration is really just a plot by the Plant Kingdom to slowly but surely poison us with their toxic off gas and at the same time contribute to this decade's hippie cause celebre? I say yes. Fvck the trees. They **** me off with their "I was here 1000 years before you so I'm local and you can't touch me" sense of entitlement BS. Fvck 'em I say.

People really must not know what goes on in a refinery or petrochem plant if statements such as, if I may be so bold as to paraphrase, "Just use less toxic chemicals to make chemicals." are to exist. The amount of hours reading MSDS's and taking OSHA classes just to get one's foot through the door at any plant in the country makes statements written by political science majors for an audience with the collective IQ of the turd I just left in the tank for the friendly barista at Starbucks who kept referring to me as "bro" make me do this .

There are nasty chemicals in chemical plants. That's how it works. That's how it works to make things run efficiently so that the price of those products that we can't do without remain at levels where we can afford them.
