Garland should have been confirmed but he wasn’t. The Dems and Obama didn’t really fight that hard (in fact Garland was picked as a sacrificial lamb) because Hillary was a shoe-in.

Elections have consequences.

This whole “why doesn’t the McConnell rule apply here” line is just silly sour grapes.

There’s NO REASON why this nomination shouldn’t be confirmed.
