I'm planning on getting a GH Lis-style fish shaped and then glassed by you guys this summer.

Does an airbrush like that cost bank? I'm thinking that looks pretty rad.

Just wondering if that is extremely difficult or not. Doesn't seem overly so, but I could be wrong.

Hey TFAD,

Your dad put a falsa finish on a 7'0" hull shaped by Paul Gross somewhere around 1995. Unbelievable how realistic it came out, knots and everything. Amazing!

Just wondering if that's way more time consuming than, say, sure*irie's paint job on that fish she got.
Thanks.

I wish I had photos of those Paul Gross boards, now those things were unique!

Rice, when it comes to time it's a voodoo area. I've never actually seen my Dad get to paint a board start to finish. He has a lot of distractions. First the phone rings about 50 times and then you have salesman wandering in and then there is the UPS guy and all the shapers that are roaming around the shop and the team riders who insist on touching everything and then there are your random customers old and new who are just stopping by and even the landlord likes to come by and chat and of course I'm a total nuisance taking photos and getting in the way and don't forget the fireman and government inspectors...
