With fears generated by the recent Aceh tsunami, a few Indo locations could be quite uncrowded this year, so it may be a great time to head to Southern Sumatra and West Java or One Palm Point's new land camp None of these areas experienced any tsunami damage.

Bali looks like it will experience a bumper year again, with Thailand, Sri Lanka and the Maldives off most people's lists right now. Of course, the Mentawais all survived OK.

I'm probably going early season to check out the changes in surf after the shelf raised.
