This irregularity/illegal vote was caught by the elections department. Is this not what you want to happen? They caught it and reached out to the person whose name was on the ballot. They did everything right.
This doesn't suggest the existence of widespread irregularities. It shows that the elections department is doing its job, it shows that we have good security measures in place.

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that Republican monitors observing vote counting in Philadelphia were given sufficient access under state law to view the proceedings.
In a 5-2 decision, the court overturned a lower court decision that ordered monitors with President Donald Trump’s campaign be allowed within six feet of tables where ballots were being tallied.

1000's more votes "found" in Georgia the last 3 days on "someones" thumb drive that "somehow" got misplaced, 2 weeks later.
Nearly 6000 new votes, and a fairly large majority of them for Trump. And this was just from 3 or 4 counties in Georgia.
They're saying it's likely "human error" and not voting fraud. But electronic voting is ripe for both.
Trump has narrowed the tight gap of vote margins but will likely be tough to fully reverse. Still shows that "irregularities" are rampant in Georgia and likely many other states with all electronic voting.

They covered the windows and ejected the poll watchers. They started backfilling votes into the machines. They called in boxes of mail-in ballots which had been filled in for Biden, but none of the down-ballot candidates. Where that still didn't produce a Biden win they started filling in blank ballots.
