Yeah, my long line TKF went better with a stampz keelz vs hobie ones due to a one 1/2 half inch difference in base length

if the boxes were set back 1/2 inch more, maybe the Hobie ones would go better

Smaller fins than you think is par for the course.

i use medium jjfs. no complaints here.

They’ve changed ever so slightly since then, no?

iirc the center is slightly smaller on that og set.

mayhem fronts with 4.0 80/20 rears. But I believe my flare has a bit more tail rocker than stoke

Gotta say, JJF's are also great on a lot of boards

i heard jjf saying on an interview that he liked the old ones better not because there was a change in their templates, but because they were slightly sharper than actual ones.

Interesting. I no brainer them in good wave boards and have not disappointed.

I also liked the green stamps hexacomb set in the flare.

The template is the same, but the og has a little more cant and a slightly smaller trailer

F6s went epic. Totally loosened the board up in the best way without losing drive. great seshy on the flare. erBB brain trust never fails

Right on. I’ve tried a lot of Tim’s boards and with different fin combos. F6 has worked really well on boards like the Flare, Gx and Giggle Box. I’ve also had success with JJFs, Mayhems, and EA blackstix. But F6 is a pretty sure bet.
