I don't know if its true because I read it on the internet but that intake is supposedly for the drinking water as opposed to the power generation
I was there at the beginning of April and its really, really low
That is the original intake for drinking water. SNWA/LVVWD has two additional lower intakes. Fortunately for them, they just completed the new low level intake structures and pump station.
They will most likely have to de-rate the power gen turbines early next year if the draught persists (which it will).
Yeah, how goes the recovery, 2surf? Hopefully doing as well as can be expected....well, it would be better if you were above the mean recovery rate, so hope you are an overachiever!
