That’s my old one….I barely used it much. Looks like it’s still in great condition. It paddled decently but not as good as a poly. I ordered a narrower one in poly/PU when I sold it

How did it surf tho? Did you prefer quad or tri?
Tempted to try BD build. It’s cf on deck and rails only, right?

I always assumed black dart was PU core. Is there a reason all the carbon guys are going with an EPS core?

Correct…it’s Drew’s proprietary black and white carbon fiber with a blue reverse cut lap resin tint. Bottle green tint bottom, with the Innegra strips that all Chillis have.

It surfed fine, a real good all-rounder. Not much turning swing weight with the EPS, even at that length. I just wanted the feel of reg poly and slightly borrower, especially in the nose for steeper winter surf.

How about soft/slow summer waves and/or as a crowdkiller?
