Stickers up board ... says he's not cut out for a shortboard. That said, a Proctor on C List which you don't see every day.

How many more buckled LFT evos and vaders does it take before they realize that LFT simply is not a durable product? Especially when they are asking their customers to pay such a premium for a product that probably won't make it a year...

I had a Vanguard in Rapidfire I rode for about a year, two pressure dings at the time of sale. Past 5 months I've been riding a Vader in LFT. I lost it into the boulders at San Miguel yesterday and aside from a few very minor shatters on the rails, it looks good as new. Both of these boards were/are ridden in reef waves 95% of the time and I surf too much...not to mention there are some very high level guys, including former pro surfers, riding these same shapes that do not seem to have the buckling issue either.

Don't get me wrong, LFT sucks. But I think the issue with buckling has something to to do with guys riding the MPH designs too big. It's my guess that because of the straight rail line the boards are much more prone to breaking the longer they are. The longer the board the greater the chance for impact from the lip, combine this with straight rail line and I think it explains a lot of these complaints.
