Ouch. Tri City Off Emerald. That used to be a quietly sketchy neighborhood at times, but also a lot of good, working class families. Lots of Polenisian families, but I could be wrong. I used to go to John Landes Park now and then as a kid.
On the plus side, the neighbor's house looks nice.
