AK/WY/MT look like the most potent combo of difficult to afford, First Nations, and gloomy weather. PNW seems like Boise, SeaTac, Portland, etc. support more of an economy, plus the winter isn't as long and bitter.

Dakotas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin seem like real estate is more affordable (SD/ND) and/or the job market is much better MN/WI.

Give me the average born-and-raised lifelong gun owner in the West vs the mad-at-Kaepernick crowd in Eastern/Central Time Zone suburbia. Those people are scary enough armed with soft tops sporting allover pineapple + sunglasses logos. Now they've all got guns and ebikes. Trump possibly winning is honestly not in the top 300 reasons to move to Canada.

better to have sickle cell anemia and not need it to minimize the effects of malaria, than not have sickle cell anemia and somehow get infected with malaria and die.

america: every parking spot will soon come equipped with an automated gun and if you pull into someone else‘s spot you just get shot automatically

The right really is a death/misery cult. Covid proved they are literally willing to die rather than admit Liberals are right.

Let me paraphrase my last sentence: If you carry a gun, you are more likely to be injured or killed than if you don't carry one.

Association is not causation, dumbass.

If A is associated with B, either...
1. A causes B
2. B causes A
3. Unstudied factor C causes both A and B.

People who are not threatened are faaaaaaaaaaar less likely to carry a gun, or to be injured by a gun.

Intentionally unstudied factor C (threat) causes both A and B (both carrying a gun and being injured by a gun).

Duh.

But most people who carry guns are not actually threatened by anybody. They carry them because of some imaginary threat (concealed carry) or because they want to be threatening themselves (open carry).
