AK/WY/MT look like the most potent combo of difficult to afford, First Nations, and gloomy weather. PNW seems like Boise, SeaTac, Portland, etc. support more of an economy, plus the winter isn't as long and bitter.
Dakotas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin seem like real estate is more affordable (SD/ND) and/or the job market is much better MN/WI.
Give me the average born-and-raised lifelong gun owner in the West vs the mad-at-Kaepernick crowd in Eastern/Central Time Zone suburbia. Those people are scary enough armed with soft tops sporting allover pineapple + sunglasses logos. Now they've all got guns and ebikes. Trump possibly winning is honestly not in the top 300 reasons to move to Canada.
