I surf pretty much everyday and i was surfin for 5 hrs today.. and im sore as ****..
but i was wondering..
when you workout(lift weights) you have to have rest days and normally if u lift hard should only lift that muscle group once a week
How about surfing...
Do i need rest days? or can i surf EVERYDAY and my Muscles will get STRONGER?
Just wondering cuz if all this soreness means imma get a good bit stronger thats a good thing to know <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />
Also... if im lifting weights.. can i lift on the same day i surf?
And What Specific exercises would u suggest for surfing.. like whts the best shoulder, best back, best legs, best abs..
im thinkin my top ones are gonna be military press, shrugs, and maybe pullups/deadlifts...
im guessing zones that need the most targeting are side of shoulders and upper back.
