Hello,

I'm looking for a good spot in Portugal to learn surfing in May. Can you give maybe some tips which location suits best for beginners and maybe some information about what to to check in regards of choosing the best course/spot? I plan to go for one one/two weeks.

Most of the sites describe the region of Lisbon as best suitable for it. Is the region near Porto not so good for surfing for beginners?
