Trying to find some info on this item. My girl bought a framed print in a surf shop in P.B. San Diego several years ago. It says it's from the "Surfer Magazine - Environmental Collection - No. 1 - Dolphins - Peter Simons", and it's a nice photo of several dolphins in a wave.
She's thinking of selling it, but we can't find any evidence _anywhere_ (even Googling) that this print or even the Surfer Magazine Environmental Collection ever existed. Peter Simons (an Australian surf photographer?) doesn't have a website that I've been able to find.
Could someone point me in the right direction? I mean, we're sure it's just a normal worthless poster, but if by some chance it's rare and worth a bit more than she paid we'd definitely like to know. 'Course, it could just be a fake that someone threw together, but it sure looks pretty nice for a fake.
