There are punitive damages available when confidentiality agreements are frustrated. A judge already ruled and said she was indeed bound. She went on 60 minutes anyway.

To begin, an applications for a temporary restraining order wouldn't reach the merits of the agreement. And, more importantly, the tro came from a private arbitration firm, not a court.
