You should be able to easily squat what you can deadlift at that age. At 17, 350 deadlift, 400+ squat, 300 bench press. Some effort on the bench, the other two not as much. Weight 145. What’s he run the 40 in? Good indicator with the other three. Agility stuff off the mat. Surfing?He’s strong as fuckk. He’s also studying exercise science/kinesiology so I’m not gonna question what he’s doing.
My squats and deads are both well over 300 but my bench sucks.
