I think they could be: marking territory, waypoints, a form of communication or just sh!t they did to pass the time.

Teepee and huge footprints? in the snow.

A lot more where those came from. None have fire rings like you’d think they would if people built them.
I don't buy this....

if he's there, anyone else could have gotten there...he's got camera gear and no
pack...he walked in, too. my piece of sh!t kids do 10 mile days! (j/k, love em)

also, bushcrafters are a thing....and there's nothing to convince one that he didn't
make that himself

He’s found a lot and it’s not just him finding them.
If humans made them where are the fire rings from their camp fires?

You mean like afraid to go outside in the dark freaked out? There was a definite fear of Bigfoot if you were a little kid in the mid 70s.
I should’ve said freaked out while watching the episode. I remember the costume was dank and there was some weird sh!t going on with Aliens and being especially scared when Steve Austin pulls Bigfoot’s face off to reveal he’s a robot.

is there a natural law that says teepee=>fire ring?

maybe there's res land nearby?

sasquatch is piling timber so it can season straight and true?

highly suspect....

I do like the concept of territory markers...I am not sold on this
idea that sasquatch is making grown-up and kids teepees near
trailheads

As someone who is inherently biased (wants to believe) I try and look at potential evidence from the opposite perspective.

So the first question I asked myself was why would humans build the teepees in the first place?
Hunting blind? Teepee shape sticks out too much from surrounding landscape to serve as camouflage to make it worth building not to mention how much work it would be/elaborate they are. People keep saying they’re hunting blinds and how they don’t take that long to build but I don’t buy it.
Bushcraft/shelter? Possibly even though they look like a lot of work but unfinished/not the greatest shelter but still then wouldn’t that same person build a fire?
Hippies? Again why no fire?
At some point I would think someone who built a teepee would also build a fire?
And yet I haven’t seen anyone find any evidence of fire.

Not to mention how big some of them are/the amount of work it would take to build them?

Then there’s the stuff people find that looks way too organized for me to be able to write off as deadfall anymore.
