Holy carp! Praying Rickoray pulls through.
This is what his wife commented yesterday:
"Rick had angiogram earlier for what they found a smaller aneurysm than was anticipated. Coil capped it. Still in medical induced coma and critical. But he’s made it this far. Next two weeks important. Thank you all for your love and prayers."

Oh man, that is rough news. I hope he pulls through and has a full recovery.
Damn. Hopefully the fact that he’s being treated for it is a good sign. Lots of people just drop dead of anuerisms. All the best to Rick, Lulu and the rest of his clan.

This morning I randomly put on my Salt Creek Core shirt that Rick gave me years ago under a sweater for work, then read this when i got home. Rick is a great dude and I am wishing him the best in this. Healing thoughts for Rickoray!

talked to his wife last night. he's hanging in there. such a rad stocked dude, rad dad, loving hubby, all the goodness that is being a great human surfer. he's a damn dear close friend. this one was scary. i'm older than he is. take care of yourselves, and keep sending rickoray positive healing jewjew.

my Mom died 30 yearz ago, aged 51, of a brain aneurysm,
alive 1 day, dead thee next, last wordz she said to me, by land phone,
as i ran a surfin' shop in DogTown, were "i luv you randy".
"i love you too, Mom"...

i am now 61, i too, am gettin' old.
my time is comin', and i know, so is yourz too, whom readz this...
