I’m not gonna lie I liked the first deuce bigelow. He’s def been funny in the past: but Adam Sandler has single handed kept his career afloat with his Netflix deal and getting all his friends together to make mostly bad movies but have a good time doing it.
Sandler is impressive but nothing he made after Billy Madison or Happy Gilmore came close
thats my boy was actually really funny but yea peaked with the romcoms (50 first, wedding singer) and happy gilmore.
Happy Gilmore and The Waterboy were both pretty goddamn funny but really, 20/20 hindsight, it should have begun and ended with Airheads.
I like him when he gets serious like he did with the Safdie brothers in uncut gems.
