This is just half of what I’m holding, but these are some of the quiver shots I’ve put together. Not nearly enough time and space to do a complete quiver shot. But what I REALLY need to do is get an updated shot of my Burch quiver, there’s 12 total now.
Anyway...here’s my Mandala quiver:

I might (and intend to) come across as a hater, but I would guess there is an inverse relationship between number of boards and surfing skill. Chronic beginners are hoarding boards trying to find something that will make them surf better and look cool. "Alternative shapes" are great for this, since they can carry some veneer of credibility while still being the required 50L volume.

Unless you have constant access to good surf.

Otherwise if you have a bunch of boards and actually riding them all you're not getting them dialed.

For this reason I think even most guys with big quivers stick to riding only a few of the boards.

I get anxious with 3-4 shortboards that overlap

Those Hank Warner grovelers look so fun

I would preferably be a one board guy (minus log or gun that i never need)

I'm so fascinated, is there a weed out process then flip? I assume there's a discount with bulk orders.

Do you stick with a working quiver of one shaper or construction and then move on, or is there a random mix?

Also the final question, how many pads and leashes and fins... that's more daunting than the boards themselves

edit- That purple swirl Rad Ripper is mint

I'm not on erBB levels but I have more boards than my friends so I get the dyl/Aruka treatment....

I love overlapping shortboards. If it's stomach-chest and fun, or any better, I want two shortboards in the car, so if I ding one, I can swap boards and deal with the ding later. Also, some days the shortboard-worthy waves are more open/flat faced or I take a trip to a point zone, and I want something with a shitload of drive/projection. Other days are more top-to-bottom, dumpy, tighter pockets, and I want more quickness/release.
