Only reason I started adding simple solid color is all white boards will yellow in a few months to a couple years. Ugly IMO and hurts resale priceStarted to add color since I think it helps resale value since they won't yellow.
Yes. And the $40-$60 cost makes it a no brainer.Only reason I started adding simple solid color is all white boards will yellow in a few months to a couple years. Ugly IMO and hurts resale price
So true. White board, never a ding. Funky color work, immediate ding and hideous repair. Like clockwork.my all white boards never seem to ding
I usually get color on all hipster boards cause I know it will help resale;
I've been ordering some "maybe will work, maybe won't" boards and they're all white.
I believe we are saying “boards of color” now.Yea, colored boards def ding more than plain white.
whyyyyyyyyyyy
But I always thought he had a pretty cool “MM” logo.I paid extra for a Matt Moore custom with no logos on it.
straight white hipster board. i think it's pretty clean tbhLike no lams all white or just a plain white poly with usual lams?
I don’t color my hpsb’s. I don’t hold them long enough for them to yellow. If anytbing the buyers go “oh ho boy, that’s a white board!”
Hipster sticks are typically colored bc that’s the freshness.
I had some old rusty's that were super vibrant vibrant white that didn't yellow...forget what they were called.I hate the yellowing. Even the newer epoxy they claim is much better and doesn't yellow nearly as bad still does. Vigilantly kept my boards out of the sun and heat as much as I could and after 3-years still noticeably yellow.
My newer Lib Tech's are supposed to have the foam or some part of the underlayer painted white so we'll see how they hold up. My oldest one is now 2-years old and is still pretty damn white. Past boards it was Year-3 when it really started to show.
