I want to register as an organ donor. The only problem is I'm worried if I get in an accident, instead of helping me the paramedics or nurses or doctors might kill me to have some fresh organs. Or maybe not directly kill me but, not try so hard to save me. I would like to help others by donating my organs I just don't want to give medical professionals any incentive to not help me. What are your thoughts on this?

One would hope the current state of medical ethics is such that those you entrust your care to won't harvest your organs just for the heck of it.
