My mom had a copy of this book when I was growing up. My first exposure to "pornography" was literature. IIRC, that book was a collection of writings that Nin was commissioned to write for a private collector of said genre, she did not write that stuff to be published. It's pretty graphic. To my knowledge it has not been banned.
