Trump said " We will march down to yhe Capitol and fight like hell, because if you dont you wont have a country anymore". He was not acting in a capacity of President but as a Failed Candidate.
Seems pretty blatant. Obvious. Not Rocket Science. This plus the planning that went into it from the turnip " campaign".

He will take the fifth because thats what criminals do and it will be used against him in a Civil suit and that should bankrupt him or the RNC.

Is Wayne Brady gonna hafta choke a bitch sounds much better than is panel investigation the insurrection going to uphold its obligation to refer evidence of potential crimes to a Justice Department headed by Merrick Fucking Garland who seems to be acting like he has a retirement home on a lake between McTurtle, Eric Cantor, and George W Bush and doesn't want to miss brunch or Game Day BBQ.
