So I went out to my favorite nursery in San Marcos "Briggs", and bought a new orange tree and went by a house nearby that was having a moving sale, picked up this 7 8 Clyde Beatty Maui Flyer, it had a broken off center fin and some minor dings and tail damage. but hey guy only wanted 25 bucks and a it will be a fun project , so i'm starting to patch it, decided to try and make my own fin so i cut one out with my jigsaw based on an fcs fin i had in the garage, gonna glass it and put it in over the next week or so. my kids will have another board for beach days that is user friendly and i can ride it on small days etc... will post the final when i finish.
