Had one for a year, was a blast. They're hard to find though, and not really marketed.
The hip+Flip makes it really responsive, but it does tend to break free touch too easy at the end of a cutback/carve.
It was sick, ended up riding it a lot 2-5ft, but broke right in front of the fins ...

My experience is with the Baby Buggy but extremely similar. The board just gets into whatever, accelerates very, very well, and gets into/through/out of turns easily.
I really enjoyed the rocker on my sub buggy. The tail flip made things really fun and a relatively civilian board.
Only complaint was the foil was very refined and it had a lot of chatter under foot in less than clean conditions. I think that issue was isolated to the variant. Sold it off when I got fat.
