It truly is a gem. I've bought a lot of used film equipment on there. It is nice being able to have confidence when buying that type of stuff online and shipping has always been quick too.
i'm really weirded out by used camera equipment ... one step away from used underwear or socks... but i'm going to check this out. i have not heard of KEH

I wouldn't worry at all buying from them. They are super legit and even their BGN rated stuff can be really nice.

You need a DSLR

Here’s a good choice and it’s only $300 bucks on amazon. You could be shooting surf pix or video by Monday afternoon.

Panasonic Lumix FZ80 4K Digital Camera, 18.1 Megapixel Video Camera, 60X Zoom DC VARIO 20-1200mm Lens, F2.8-5.9 Aperture, Power O.I.S. Stabilization, Touch Enabled 3-Inch LCD, Wi-Fi, DC-FZ80K (Black)

With the money you saved you could include a nice tripod too.
There's a few "bundle" choices from your link. Any suggestions?

Drone filming is getting so freakin' good these days. I think that would be a great alternative to traditional beach photography.

Aloha Peter, just a pretty good camera cause it packs well for hiking especially around your hood. You can add a 128 gig memory card, an extra couple of batteries, and a waterproof case. Still under $400. I probably needs a tripod if you use that big zoom capability, I would with my shaky hands

That's a kind of spendy little camera though........and nice shot after all the edits in Lightroom.
I traded a Sony 55mm prime lens for that camera with the lens.
I also have the X100F with a fixed lens and love it even more because it's tiny, fast and shoots raw.
Great for candid stuff.

Also, I don't use Lightroom.
It was a simple Camera Raw edit.
You say that like editing photos is a bad thing?

I whittled down my still camera gear to just these two, it's a perfect duo for me.
