Long shot... Wales in late March through April?

If the park at Surf Snowdonia is open/running 100% chance of surf, and I bet a shallow lake in Wales in March/April is fuggin' cold.
It appears to be located between Trefriw and Llanbedr-y-cennin.
Generally a good time for swell but depends where in Wales - south is better. Gower is very pleasant scenery-wise. I lived in Cardiff for a few years back in the 80's and surfed all along that coast - it can be good fun!
Downside.. you'll probably have to talk to the welsh!! It rains a lot too.
Well I have done just a 3/2 in mid April before but its still very chilly - around 50f. Like I said it depends how you feel the cold, I see some loons in full rubber all year.
I haven't surfed in Wales for 2 or 3 decades, it could be tropical now!!
If that's meant for me I'm not sure what you mean. Either way I can hardly remember much from back then, its all a bit of a blur.
