she's playing the long game - the only game in town for her, at this point. but four or five years out, she's going to look like a star because of the principled stand she took and she's going to be able parlay that into national office at some point, make no mistake.

whereas the election deniers/MAGA heads/cult members/Clown World denizens only look dumber and crazier with each passing day - history will not be kind to them. Liz will sleep well tonight because she did the right thing when it counted. few of her party's colleagues can say the same.
