How do you pluck the feathers and field dress? Had to figure that one out.

cool thread. now I’m interested in Berry Fillet of Bear. Would it unethical to farm bears? less methane than cows. there has to be an alternative universe where bear burgers are all the rage.

I mostly breast them out and make Turkey Schnitzel withe the breasts, then use the leg/thighs for turkey noodle soup.

The thought of hunting for turkey or deer out here is funny considering how easy it is to simply drive into/over one. :oops:

We have soooo many wild turkeys up here. I'm pretty sure that I could just walk up to them and grab them. They don't really care about people or traffic.
