How far yiou want to go back. To say the Govts of the West and Russia are equally corrupt, a key Tanky talking point, is idiotic on it s face
Do you actually think our government is not corrupt, or are you splitting hairs over levels of corruption?

Seems like Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Foreign Minister Wang Yi is saying one thing while the actions of both China and Russia are singing a different tune. China is working hard to establish hegemony in the western Pacific region through naval expansion, rattling their sabers at Taiwan, and seizing territory in the South China Sea that is not theirs, among other things. Meanwhile, Russia wants desperately to rebuild the USSR, which would certainly bring back the Cold War in Europe.
