Are those real tokoros or thai made slater design tokoros?
Looks like the latter in which case it doesnt seem like a very good sales pitch.

Well he created dilema with the Tokoro. It’s got a Slatan Designs logo on it so ostensibly it’s firewire. But it’s broken so if everything we are led to believe is true then SD FWs were made of sh!t.
BUT!
Hold on a second….Rumor had been that KS’s personal Tokoros are PU/PE painted to look like firewires. I know of at one North Shore heavy who rode Slater Design Tokoros that confirmed to me that his boards were PU/PE hand shaped by Wade and painted to look like firewires.
So if that’s what is in the photo then it exposes the lie that KS rode firewires at Pipe and puts Wade’s builds in a bad light.
And is that wood stringer I see?….
