The difficult thing with learning, knowledge, and science is not so much knowing and understanding everything and being right all the time. The problem is knowing enough and understanding enough to know when you are wrong. And then educating yourself on the scientific facts.

Data from Star Trek TNG doesn't use contractions. Neither did any of the scientists I worked with at Princeton. Maybe griffin is just really smart?
