I inferred nothing. Everything I stated is the reality of what that disease does. I've been through this. Multiple times. Complete with consultations with experts in the field.

WTF happened to you? You're an asshole now.

You didn't used to be.
what specifically leads you to believe Biden has dementia? Are there examples you can point to?

Is this like the old "Hillary had a stroke" bit?

GWS is a self described expert on dementia and his assessment, for what it's worth, is that Biden may have early senile dementia. Is that correct?

So your posts didn't imply Biden has early stage dementia? You were just here telling us about the disease generally and for no reason related to Biden?

If so, my apologies.

But in the case we're just sharing random information, mealworms aren't actually worms.

Reread your post
Given the context of the thread, and the last line of your post, it’s reasonable to think that you’re talking about Biden’s dimentia
I’m not trying to be an asshole, or calling you out, I’m just explaining how anyone might read that as you implying Biden’s dimentia

Just another asshole - out

I voted for him. I prefer him over President Harris. KidFurry commented how sharp Biden seemed to him on a given day. That's great, but especially in beginning stages, dementia sufferers can be totally lucid. You think they're getting better or they aren't that bad. It's a gradual degradation. It's heartbreaking and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy much less the leader of a country I live in. I hope he is in great shape for as long as possible. But the reality of the situation is one day means squat.

Quote the part where I said he has dementia.

You can't.

Because it isn't there.

I'm done with you fvcks. Over this place.

You didnt say it
And I didn’t say you did

In the context of the tread, one could interpret it that way
I know you’ve learned about dementia in a very hands on way, and that sucks
Don’t feel attacked when people here misinterpret what you’re saying
It’s one of the hazards of reading short bunches of words
Without hearing tone and pace and stuff
Peace

I get all that. But you must think Biden's got it, no? If not, how is what you posted any more relevant than a discussion on early-stage bladder cancer?

Nah, you're being too generous. There's no other way to read what he wrote. The discussion was about Biden being sharp, and out of the blue he told us how early-stage dementia often has days of clarity followed by more and more frequent episodes.

Early stage dementia comes and goes. They can be very lucid for long periods. As time goes on it gets worse. There can be excellent days interspersed with some that are not so great. The window just keeps shrinking. It only gets worse. And I hope for all of our sakes he does great for the next four years. I'm just saying...

Seems like it was inferred here.

For what other reason would you talk about good days and bad days, then follow it up with "I hope Joe does great"?

When I write stuff, there’s a whole big shitton of context in my head that I don’t include in my post
Sometimes I reread a post of mine and I’m like, wait, that’s not what I meant at all

How about we don’t all pile on the “but GWS, you said” bandwagon
It’s not really productive
And I know what’s its like to be sensitive to a topic that others might not be so sensitive to
I’m not sure if that’s what’s going on, but I respect GWS, even my post just drove him out of here

I've had two family members with dementia. One would often run around the neighborhood naked. Neither died a nice death.

GWS needs to be treated with kid gloves now?

LOL.
