<P>Of course there was none. But the fundamentalist mindset is twisted. Not just the Islamic version, either. So, one might imagine how they might see this as a strategic target to hurt the US. I, for one, cannot fathom how they could justify killing civilians at their desks as being moral, but perhaps they used the familiar notion of "collateral damage", or thought themselves the sword of Allah or something.<P>But a bar in Bali has no strategic or economic connection to the US. This is clearly a simple attack on civilian lives, nothing more.
