I first stood on a surfing board riding an actual wave in 1960, I guess that could be defined as learning to surf. No soft top surfboards around then but neither were you so that’s a net gain.

As for miserable, not stocked as I have to make a decision on putting our dog Tombee down, she has cancer and isn’t able to eat. She’s a great friend, lived out here her whole life. Good cow dog.

So, not miserable, but such is life.

We can’t all live your dream.:waving:

Yeah, because there are no sociopaths and narcissists in the private sector, and those with power in the private sector will most certainly serve the public good the best that they can.
