You didn't see @Subway out there by any chance?Dawned Queen’s Left again. This time paddled the 5’9 Tokoro Moonfish out. Round nose, flatter rocker, boar worked good. It was smaller than yesterday but still solid. Took a bunch of closeouts on the head. I was just trying to get one of those double ups I saw yesterday and today. Lucked into a nugget and got a barrel. Last wave got another nugget. A guy on a shortboar outside missed it and I whipped late. High lined it and got a quick coverup and a thumbs up from an old timer.
We have a group text with the Bowls dawn patrol and I sent them this text. Haha.

Not sure, if he was out between 5:15 and 8am I would’ve been out same time same as yesterday. I never surf Queens but knew a couple of guys and ladies out because they surf my regular. So I wouldn’t know who were new faces. Couple guys looked as lost as I was yesterday but I stayed away from them cause don’t know if they’re dangerous.
how trippy is that wave? Double up sand bar benders in the middle of waikikI.Dawned Queen’s Left again. This time paddled the 5’9 Tokoro Moonfish out. Round nose, flatter rocker, boar worked good.
