That's what I figured it had to be. At first I assumed it was CA because he mention these things being rain driven but then I'd never heard brownsnake. Australia will kill you, the sun is something nuts like 8% closer in their summer too so they get way more UV, up to 15% or sumpin I didn't know all that until the other night the weatherman said we're closest to the sun right now, North American Winter I was all like What!?! It's true.
