Drove from SF to north over weekend to surf and cost so much to fill up again.

How high will they go? Need better vehicle for gas. Small car maybe.

Pro-tip: Get gas at the Indian casinos when you can as you'll save about a dollar a gallon.

I drive almost 600 miles per week.
my local gas station was 3.99 until last month. Now it's joined the $4+ ranks.
If I don't plan ahead, it's easy to pay $4.80
It's starting to hurt.

Remember when gas dropped to 20 year lows a year or 2 ago, but consumers had nowhere to go?

A steady $3.65 at Costco Lihue for quite some time. Jumped to $3.80 recently. My local down the street is over $4.00 per gal.

A steady $3.65 at Costco Lihue for quite some time. Jumped to $3.80 recently. My local down the street is over $4.00 per gal.

Can’t get down with the Costco savings. There’s always a 15-20min wait in these parts. My time is worth more than the $3 in savings to fill my tank. Maybe I could offset high gas prices by selling bottled water and churros to people waiting in line for costco gas?

I do a weekly Costco / town run just because. Take two extra 5 gallon containers and fill up my Sequoia or Subaru Forrester at the same time. Same gas for lawn mower, other power lawn / hedge tools.

My van was $140 to fill up the other day. In Morro Bay. Not Gorda.
