Man, LBNY has its flaws, it’s astronomical taxes and COL, its winters, its looooong flat spells; but when the rest of the north east is cooking in 85-95 degree heat and humidity; that breeze off the ocean just a few hundred yards away keeps us in the high 70s like a dream. Keeps our fall temps warmer too before the ocean eventually gets below 45
