Barbara Pinkney said she is traumatized after she had a stun gun used on her three times at her home in Bradenton, Florida.

She was arrested and charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer and obstructing justice on Thursday, the Bradenton Herald reported. She was released the following day after posting $1,000 in bonds.

The officers had a warrant and probable cause.

The kid was allegedly a crook with a gun and a judge signed a warrant. That's *exactly* the example of gun control that everyone should be able to support.

What otherwise uninvolved person would get in between the court and the offender in such a situation? Try to close the door on a cop serving a criminal warrant? Yeah, it's going to get forced open and you will go to jail regardless of who you are.

The sticking point here is obviously the taser. In hindsight the cops would have done better to just punch her lights out.

1) Probationers don’t have search and seizure rights. If granny’s address is listed on his paperwork tough (*)(*) for the bunch of them.

2)The warrant defines what can be searched and when. Nobody’s posted that yet.
