The only video I've seen thats almost totally about modern fishes is the ...lost video, 5'5"x19 1/4", which has been around for a while. Besides that one, Way of Life, Sprout and Glass Love have some, although not a lot of fish footage.

older but still of the modern age...

Litmus
Searching For Tom Curren

Both feature a Skip Frye twin keel...same board , I think, ridden by Hynd and Curren.

Seedling DVD has an extra on Joel Tudor's quiver that has a few shots of him on one of his Nuuhiwa fishes. I imagine Natural Expressions also has similar footage but i have yet to see it.

A 2nd on Litmus and Search for Tom Curren..

Don't forget about the sequence in Chords too..
Seems like Jeffries is the place for these things..

I've been awaiting sometime now for the fish videos/DVDs that Kane Garden keeps promising. If you go to their website you can see some excerpts.. They look like they will be hot.. Alot of Cali and Baja footage.

in sprout there is a super sick section called the mutant message under your feet which features rasta taking full advantage of this blue fish. some of the sickest phish footage ive ever seen.
haha sorry, fish*** listening to PHISH the band while writing on FISH the board...confusing.

Found it. But review on the site never even mentions fish, only spins, 360's and tail slides and then barrels. Is this really chock full o' fish?

all about modern RNF's...
Reckon that's a positive on it being about Fish but what is an RNF? Real New Fish? Retro NeoFish? Radical 'Nurfing on Fish? <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />

"Round Nose Fish," as in the specific model made by Lost, which is a newer hybrid-style fish. Nothing like a Lis, though ridden very short.

Saaaaweeeeeeet! Thank you. Great article and very cool clip. Can't wait for the movie.

My personal dilemma is choosing between a Mandala classic fish and his double bump swallow which Manuel (the man) says is actually faster and more maneuverble than the classic--same curves but double bump wings and quad canard fins...which exstacy do I choose? Hmmmmm...

what type of waves do you usally surf? the canard might be more beachbreak friendly while the twin would be better at longer pointbreak waves. That is just a generazation..

id say it depends moreon how you wanna surf. the quad combined with the bumps will produce a board capable of snap turns, and will have a much sharper truning radius. this does translate into being better in beach breaks though because of the need for quiker more responsive boards there.

the keel fin will carve like crazy, but dont expect to go vertical too well on it. it also takes a little planning on the wave too, cause you have to work inside the boards limitations to get it to surf well. both fun boards but if your transitioning from a thruster id go the quad, then the keel as a back up board.

Posted earlier and it never made it on board...

I surf mixed beach and points. Hate beach break really unless there's channels between peaks a bit. I'm a lazy old fart. Mostly like the long smooth deep carves if wave allows. Proly get the quad bump/wing and then the classic. If I get totally hooked on one I'll sell the other and get 2 the same!
