Maybe it is "six in one hand and a half dozen the other" but for some reason FCS building the cant into the box seems weird....Seems like each shaper could cant FCS fins at different angles???
"FCS2 fin system and FCS Fusion have the fin cant angle built into the fin box, ranging from zero,3,5,and 9 degree cant. FCS fins are made straight from base to tip and rely on the fin box to provide fin cant. Conversely, Futures fin boxes are molded straight up and down, and the fins themselves are made with the base tab at an angle, so when inserted in the fin box the fin will tilt out."
