Compulsive lier that is in constant need of adulation :socrazy:
still think the guy is playing with fire.
he can't go on his whole presidency tweeting like the way he's done for a year now. it's got o catch up to him at some point. just hope it's only he that suffers the consequences, and Cheeto Jr.

Wonder why CNN and MSNBC wouldn't be giving this tweet any coverage at all?

i was wondering if the MM would report on this and i'm glad that they are not - not only is it not news (and fwiw, i wish they would ignore a lot more, if not all, of Trump's tweets) - it's a blatant attempt to discredit any media that is critical of the Prez, regardless of accuracy. if you think that's acceptable, you're living in the wrong country - you're better suited to places like Turkey and North Korea.

it is totally normal for a president being actively investigated to hold an
impromptu awards show to try to discredit the media.

don't you guys remember when Warren G Harding did this back in 1922?

The media has done an absolutely fantastic job of discrediting itself over the past two years, don't you think? You are onto something though. They would be much better off if they would skip the fake outrage and biased breathless hysterics over everything Trump does and just go back to calmly reporting the news of the day.

Trump’s staff reportedly believed him to be semi-literate

Pitching policy ideas to Trump was “deeply complicated,” Wolff writes in his book, citing the belief among some close to the president that he “was no more than semi-literate.”

Trump “didn’t read” or “didn’t really even skim,” Wolff writes, creating issues when aides attempted to pitch policy to him.

Former Deputy Chief of Staff Katie Walsh reportedly said working with Trump in those instances was “like trying to figure out what a child wants.”

Trump said on the campaign trail he hadn’t read biographies of previous presidents, saying “I’m always busy doing a lot.”

Trump told The Washington Post in July 2016 that he doesn’t read much, but instead comes to the right decisions “with very little knowledge other than the knowledge I had.”

More recently, a White House official spokesman told CNN he couldn’t say whether Trump had read all of a 55-page national security document.
yeah but he's good at writing his signature and that's all he & his base care about. to hell what's in the documents :drowning:

Trump Tweets Fake News

The implication was that the veteran had died fighting for his country. But the veteran’s tragic death occurred in the United States after his deployments. We know this because the 2014 photo is from The San Diego Union-Tribune.

"The veteran, Major Andrew Budenz, who was a Marine C-130 pilot in Iraq and Afghanistan, was killed in September 2013 in a motorcycle accident. He is buried at at Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, and his wife, Jenn Budenz, was visiting his grave nearly every day when The San Diego Union-Tribune published that photo around Memorial Day 2014."
