Seems awfully big for your weight, but fine for your height.
The shaper takes care of the bottom but I guess you are making it yourself or having a friend shape it????

Cool! <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
There's some search function that allows you to access dimensions of concaves, runners, and tail fin placment, but since I'm worthless with computers, I'm no help.
Maybe DK from Florida, who just made one, can help you with specific dimensions.

You don't need a 6'6" Bonzer, you need a 6'6" Bean and Cheese burrito.

Don't worry about it kiddo; I don't think anyone means anything truly mean by it (most people wish they could bring their #'s back down a bit). FYI- I was there once (6'0" 145 in high-school). Now I'm 6'0' and 180-190 and hoping to keep it down around 175-180 thru the winter.

No you don't <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Actually, I think I am at about my "ideal" weight. Surfing small waves when I was lighter was a bit easier, but I am still making do even in the smallest surf, and I have a bit more muscle to contend with bigger surf and strong offshore winds now.

Well, just let it catch up.... don't let it win the race!!!

Relax amigo. As someone who is about 10 pounds over weight, be happy about it. You have plenty of time to fill out. Don't take this so seriously. Was just funnin ya.

I remember when I was a sophmore playing elephant (outside pass rushing linebacker) at 5'7, 101lbs.
Then as a junior, grew to 5'8" and 110 lbs. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
practicing with the Varsity.
Bulked up to 122lbs., still 5'8", as a grad. <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
Hit 5'11" at age 22, and filled out to a monstrous 137 lbs. until age 35, when I balloned up to 150, where I"m at now at 55.
Always liked narrow boards, between 17-18.5 before age 35.

I was 5'10" 133 during college and in the best shape (albeit due to steroids) of my life - now I'm 5'10" and 185 with a gut covering the abs, and in the happiest shape of my life.

That said, with a good size wave, that bonzer would be fine for you.
