Had a custom m18 that was super fun, these look kinda porky in stock dims but us can custom order. Britt surfs pretty good.

kinda similar flow to Devon Howard in the CI mid vids. maybe besides the floaters. Cant say it makes me want to rush out and get one.

That's defintley Devon Howard. I'm tempted to get one of these for bigger soft days at OB but concerned I'll just get lazy and never go back to a HPSB.
He looks really good on it. Basically he looks like he does on his other mids. He's like the Noel Salas of mid lengths, surfs every board the same but the same is good.
Would be tempted by one of these as a mid length step up for heavier beach breaks where a wider nosed, flatter mid starts getting sketchy.

I have a similar shaped Arakawa that works well. It might have a a little less foam through it, but overall I find these shapes pretty versatile.

he’s more in the pocket and doing more critical turns on m23 vs the way out on the mushy shoulder cutbacks only on the mid twin

He's surfing it well. If you were in the water, you would think he was absolutely ripping.
For marketing a hybrid board, I think they want to show good fundamental surfing that the average person can aspire to.
