A ton of BBs boards have come up on the Design Forum over the years. Lots of positive feedback and zero negative feedback. He's not at all afraid to try new or different, either.

Does he live in California? He's been to Europe allot, and most of the lost boards made in Uk was done by him i think.. Also seen some for sale with only his logo on. They look really nice!

How many shapers have charged macking Pipe, shaped for ...Lost, packed it up to move to Costa Rico, all while testing what he makes.

He also sends out Bitching email posts to show what he's been making too. I have two of his ill never get rid of.

board was clean when i paddled out...never collided with it...no rocks or persons in my way at all...came out ot realize i had a roughly kneecap size smash? into the bottom about two inches above the fin. board was CLEAN before i went out. there was a tiny hairline crack whic obviously followed the cloth pattern....wondering if it was possible for it to have soaked water, turned soft (without delam color or feel) and for some reason caved under water pressure down the line? thing is like 1/4 inch cheep and about hte size of a kneecap....and usually that kind os smash is curcular or at least looks like a smash....this looks liek the glass jsut gave under pressure and cracked in abunch of places...just ODD

Great guy.... great boards. Makes very neutral boards for the most part. No surprises IMO.

If you order and want to throw concrete dims at him - talk to him about how he measures thickness as it's slightly different (net after glass instead of before).

Agree on the 'neutral' feel - although that term might be misleading for some. Boards have tons of drive, don't feel stiff and are easy to surf.

I have my 3rd one on order now. Going wider and a touch thicker based on Brian's rec. will be a good wave board for me - 5'10 roundpin quad with 5th box. Can't wait. Have some friends getting some bigger boards too, will post up when I get em.

I catch sht from my friends because I have 4 of his roundpins. 6'2-6'8. The 6'2 and 6'8 are magic. Will probably get a beefier 6'2 because it is a little on the small side.

There are always a few on the S.Cal CL's at any given time.
