Didn't take part in your poll. Really don't understand why it's in the classified section. The board is beautiful, but your listing (here, and on e-bay) is relatively useless (for someone who would want to ride the board) without the board's dimensions. Can you please provide these? If you don't know where they are, they are on the deck, along the stringer. Thanks.

That would be the nose width. What about the tail, nose rocker, tail rocker, fin system, traction pad placement, and leash length, and wax/water temperature? We need to know these things, people!!!

(1) I'm betting it's an 18-3/4" measurement that the seller misread. It can't be the nose measurement as it would be really wide for a 6'0" MBM. This seller is clueless and can't read the handwriting, nor understand just what it's supposed to mean.

(2) I'm betting that the board is probably not a 6'0" but a 6'2" board since it's supposedly for Bobby. [caveat: If it doesn't say "For Bobby" on the stringer, it's just a stock CI board that was signed by someone. Bobby M? Who knows...] See comments as to seller's reading ability, above.

(3) I'm betting we're dealing with someone who doesn't surf, or at least is pretty DAMN clueless when it comes to board dimensions... and can't spell the word dimensions. Makes me wonder how this person got that board... it says he/she's in Santa Barbara on the e-bay thing, which makes me wonder (again) just how this person got that board.

(4) That is a sweet board, and I'd buy it if it were a 6'2"... but who can trust this seller's word??

exactly my thoughts. at least it's not ridiculously overpriced, only 5 bucks more than an off the rack CI, which is still fuggin a lot <img src="/forum/images/graemlins/foreheadslap.gif" alt="" />

Out of curiosity, I checked e-bay today on that board &amp; it sold for $550. That's a steal for that board. Makes me wonder, once again, just how the seller got that board...

If Powerboy is who I think it is, he's selling a camera and a computer down the listings. He's Josh Pomer, the video guy from Santa Barbara. He would have access to any CI board he wants. He films those guys all the time.

Yeah, but Josh knows what a surfboard's dimensions are/should be. This 'powerboy' listed them wrong not only here, but on the e-bay site.

it just went back on for 1000.00 from the same seller, i guess someone told him/her what it's worth, if it IS a real signature
