1. The law's author tried to add an amendment about teachers who think a kid is gay have a set time period to notify the parents.
This IMHO puts the teacher and/or the student in danger, pointlessly. It's none of the teacher's business what their suspicion of a student's sexual orientation is. Telling the "wrong" kind of parent their child is a homo sounds like a good way to get the child and possibly the teacher killed.
This is also when the shitstorm kicked into high gear.
2. These laws have these open-ended phrasings on lawsuits. It reads like kind of a Pandora's box of anyone who has a bone to pick with the school district can file suit and the schools have to come up with the money. It looks like a way to backdoor destroy public schools.
How about when the 79 year old and the 6 year old both sh!t their pants whilst the 79 year old
is sniffing the hair of the 6 year old???

Sure. We've had almost two weeks, and Biden's armed Ministry Of Truth hasn't imprisoned anyone for their thoughts. If the point was to not imprison people for their thoughts then why place the Miniustry of Truth under an armed enforcement agency?
Hitler made a law saying that all Jews must wear yellow armbands with stars of David on them. After some time Hitler's toadies answered all of the complaints with "nothing has happened" ....until that was no longer true.
